Rejlers establishes business in Norway

Rejlers acquires 15 percent of the shares in APAS, a company that
actively works with different types of power control in industrial
processes in Norway. After the acquisition Statoil will own 50
percent, the founder Arne Palm 35 percent and Rejlers 15 percent of
APAS.

Rejlers also establishes a company in Norway, Rejlers AS, and as a
start employs one person to sell Rejlers competence in Norway in
close cooperation with APAS. In addition Rejlers Energitjänster AB
will sell APAS services on the Swedish market.

APAS has 5 employees and 20 years experience of power control in the
construction and industry sector. APAS has competence in energy
engineering, IT and electronics and has developed interesting
services that complements Rejlers Energitjänster. Their services
consist of power conducting, selections of energy types - energy
strategies, automatic follow-up and surveillance, alarm services,
shifting services and education.

As a result of the acquisition Rejlers will be able to offer Energy
Management completely.
