NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Trainers' House Plc has received the following notification of change in        
ownership.                                                                      

Raif Nisametdin's and RHED Consulting Oy's (1098871-0), which is a company      
controlled by Mr. Nisametdin, aggregate holding in Trainers' House Plc has      
exceeded 1/20 on 22 January 2008.                                               

Raif Nisametdin owns 10.000 shares.                                             

RHED Consulting Oy owns 3.021.000 shares. RHED Consulting Oy also owns 240.000  
2003C employee options, which expire on 1 February 2008. RHED Consulting Oy also
owns 28.250 pcs of OMX forward trading contracts, corresponding to 2.825.000    
shares, which expire on 20 March 2008.                                          

The aggregate holding of Mr. Nisametdin and RHED Consulting Oy after the forward
trading contracts have expired on 20 March 2008 is 6.096.000 shares,            
corresponding to 8,15 % of shares and voting rights, provided that all of the   
options have been exercised. If all of the options have not been exercised, the 
aggregate holding is at least 7,83 % of shares and voting rights.
