RSM EquiCo Capital Markets Advises PercepTek On Its Acquisition by Lockheed Martin


CHICAGO, Jan. 24, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE:LMT) has acquired PercepTek, Inc., a Colorado-based provider of advanced autonomous software technologies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RSM EquiCo Capital Markets acted as the exclusive financial advisor to PercepTek, Inc.
