Change to the Board of Executives of Auriga and Cheminova
After the divestment of Skamol and Hardi and after the Board of Directors has
adopted the revised Business Plan of Cheminova which is being implemented, the
President and CEO of Auriga, Mr Bjørn Albinus, has informed the Board of
Directors that he would like to retire from his position as President and CEO
of Auriga at the end of 2008.
The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Executive Vice President, Mr Kurt
Pedersen Kaalund, CEO of Cheminova as from May 1, 2008, and with effect from
January 1, 2009, also President and CEO of Auriga.
As of May 1, 2008, the Board of Executives of Cheminova will consist of Kurt
Pedersen Kaalund. Until the end of the year, the Board of Executives of Auriga
will consist of Bjørn Albinus and Kurt Pedersen Kaalund.
In 2009 and 2010, Bjørn Albinus will be commissioned the Board of Executives
and the Board of Directors.
Mr Bjørn Albinus will turn 60 in 2009. He has been employed in the group since
1978.
Kurt Pedersen Kaalund is 44 years old. He has been employed in the group since
1989.
