Peab to build Victoria Park in Malmö

Peab has been contracted to build 133 flats at Victoria Park in Malmö. The
customer is Victoria Park Bygg och Projekt AB and the contract amounts to SEK
283 million.
The work will start in April 2008 and it is estimated to be ready for moving in
during the summer 2009. 

Victoria Park is a Project Development Company aimed for life-style living with
recreation, activities and service. The Company has developed a unique concept
for living for tenant-owner flats with access to large joint facilities of a
high standard. Victoria Park is located at Limhamn in Malmö and ready-built
consist of 395 flats.
