On amendments in prospectuses, short prospectuses and regulations of open-ended investment funds “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund” and “AB.LV Global ETF Fund” Hereby we inform you that on 27 December 2007 the Financial and Capital Market Commission registered amendments of open-ended funds “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund” and “AB.LV Global ETF Fund” that will take effect on 27 January 2007. In the prospectus and short prospectus of “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund” the list of emerging countries where the fund makes investments has been supplemented with the following countries: the Czech Republic, Ghana, Croatia, Jamaica, Romania, Slovakia and Sri Lanka. In the regulations, prospectus and short prospectus of “AB.LV Global ETF Fund” the investment objects have been supplemented, indicating that it is acceptable that funds are also invested in Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) and American Depositary Receipts (ADR) of particular companies, which have essential weight in the main index of the chosen country. The list of emerging countries where the fund makes investments has been supplemented with the following countries: Chile and Venezuela.
