Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 28, 2008 , Mr Uto Baader, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Rosenthal AG, Selb, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007062010, WKN: 706201, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on January 23, 2008  and
now amount to 9.09% (this corresponds to 95999 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 95999 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Baader  from Baader Verwaltungs GmbH via Baader
Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH & Co.KG, Baader Beteiligungs GmbH and  Bader
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.
