Correction of our announcement as of January 25th 2008

On January 25th, 2008 SEB Invest GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany ('SEB') informed
us pursuant to section 21 Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
as following:

On November 21st, 2007 the stake of voting rights in Heidelberger
Druckmaschinen Aktiengesellschaft, Heidelberg, Germany exceeded the
threshold of 3%. On that date SEB held 3.018% in relation to all voting
rights (2,406,500 voting rights in ordinary shares).

Thereof 0.192% of voting rights (153,200 voting rights in ordinary shares)
are attributed to SEB pursuant to section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number
6 of the German Securities Trading Act.
