Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 2008, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, informed us about the
following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase &
Co. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the 21st January
2008 and now amounts to 2.72% (722,258 shares) in relation to all shares of
the respective voting shares.
The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 2.71% corresponding to 719,821 of the voting rights which
results from JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.. Furthermore, the
attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.01% corresponding to 2,437 of
the voting rights.'
On January 24, 2008, JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., New York,
USA, informed us about the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Asset
Management Holdings Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the
21st January 2008 and now amounts to 2.71% (719,821 shares) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares.
The voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG which result from JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited among
others.'
On January 24, 2007 JPMorgan Asset Mangement (UK) Limited, London, UK,
informed us about the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the
21st January 2008 and now amounts to 2.59% (689,793 shares) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited according to § 22 para
1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
