On the interest payment on CA series mortgage bonds issued by JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka”

In accordance with the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 “On payment of
dividends, coupons, principal and other cash proceeds” Joint-Stock Company
“Latvijas Krājbanka” informs that 31 January 2008 is the record date and the
payment date for Joint-Stock Company “Latvijas Krājbanka” issued CA series
mortgage bonds (ISIN LV0000800357). 

Joint-Stock Company “Latvijas Krājbanka” also informs that the amount of
interest per one CA series mortgage bond issued by Joint-Stock Company
“Latvijas Krājbanka” is EUR 2.6875 (two euro and 68.75 eurocents). The interest
will be paid out in accordance with the terms set out in the CA series mortgage
bonds prospectus of Joint-Stock Company “Latvijas Krājbanka”.
