Polar Capital European Forager Fund Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands,
British West Indies, informed us on 29th January 2008:

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
28th December 2007 our voting interest in Itelligence AG, Königsbreede 1,
33605 Bielefeld, Germany, (SEDOL 4109033) fell below 3% threshold and
amounts to 0% on this day (0 Ordinary shares).'

Polar Capital LLP, London, Great Britain, informed us on 29th January 2008:

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
28th December 2007 our voting interest in Itelligence AG, Königsbreede 1,
33605 Bielefeld, Germany, (SEDOL 4109033) fell below the 3% threshold and
amounts to 0% on this day (0 Ordinary shares).
All of the voting rights are attributable to us through Polar Capital
European Forager Fund Limited which now holds 0% within Itelligence, in
accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG'
