m4e AG clearly exceeds its own expectations with a tripling of its turnover

Gruenwald/Munich, 29 January 2008 – Based on the provisional figures for
the 2007 financial year, the brand management and media specialist m4e AG,
listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN DE000A0MSEQ3), expects on a
proforma basis group turnover of around 13 million Euro, taking into
consideration Tex-Ass GmbH which was taken-over in 2007. This corresponds
to a tripling compared with the previous year’s turnover of about 4.3
million Euro. The Executive Board expects, also on a proforma basis ('As if
review'), a result pre-tax and interest (EBIT) and before one-off costs in
connection with the IPO and take-over of Tex-Ass GmbH of around 2.5 million
Euro. That represents an increase of about 58 percent compared with the
2006 results (1.6 million Euro). Both the turnover and the result have thus
far exceeded the company’s expectations.

m4e AG is continuing to intensively work on the implementation of its
expansion strategy. The company will issue a preview of its forecast for
2008 at the beginning of February. On the basis of the order situation and
the results in 2007, the Executive Board expects considerable growth in
both turnover and profit.
