The board of Fortum Oyj (Fortum) has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 1, 2008 approves an extra dividend of € 0.58. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Fortum. Please see attached file for further details.
