Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG. Notified on behalf of J O
Hambro Capital Management Limited, London, GB.
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
22nd August 2007 our voting interest in Drillisch AG exceeded the threshold
of 3% and amounts to 3.06% (1,094,845 voting rights) of the voting rights
on this day.
3.06% (1,094,845 voting rights) of the voting rights are attributable to us
in accordance with sec. 22 para.1 Sent.1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

of 5% and amounts to 5.03% (1,798,587 voting rights) of the voting rights
on this day.

in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection
with sec.22 para. 1 sent.2 of the WpHG.

threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.50% (1,608,245 voting rights) of the
voting rights on this day.

with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.2 of the WpHG.
