TECHNOPOLIS CONTINUED ITS STRONG GROWTH IN 2007

Net Sales and operating profit at record levels - strong expansion in operations

Technopolis Plc made strong progress in 2007. The company's net sales and
operating profit rose to a record high, and robust growth was experienced in
all locations. Technopolis aims to establish the most attractive network of
technology centers in Europe, with operations in Finland and Russia, as well as
one or two other countries.

The company's net sales totaled EUR 56.9 million in 2007 (EUR 44.8 million in
2006), EBITDA was EUR 28.6 million (22.7 million) and the operating profit was
EUR 42.6 million (38.2 million). Net sales grew by 26.9 % and EBITDA increased
by 26.1 %. The occupancy ratio of the premises offered by Technopolis increased
substantially to 96.8 % (94.4 % in 2006). The company's Board of Directors
proposes that a dividend of EUR 0.15 per share be distributed. In the previous
year, the dividend was EUR 0.14 per share.

Pertti Huuskonen, the President and CEO of Technopolis, is very satisfied with
the year. In his view, the company succeeded well in implementing its growth
strategy.

"Technopolis has set the target of achieving 15 % net sales growth every year.
The company clearly exceeded this target in 2007. I have every confidence in
this year, too, and we forecast net sales growth of 16-20 %," says Huuskonen.
Attaining the targeted annual net sales growth would mean that Technopolis
would double its operations in five years.

Technopolis's investment decisions totaled EUR 195 million in 2007. The main
investments included the acquisitions of Innopoli 2 in Espoo and
Teknologiakeskus Teknia Oy in Kuopio. Teknia will become part of the
Technopolis Group by the end of February.

In addition to its success in Finland, Technopolis has made good progress in
Russia. "General planning of the Pulkovo technology center and the
implementation planning of the first stage in St. Petersburg have made good
progress. We believe we will be granted the building permits we need, so that
work can commence within the first half of 2008," says CEO Huuskonen.
