Acquisition of Palma Byggrossisten AB completed

With effect from today DLH has acquired Palma Byggrossisten AB in Sundsvall in
accordance with stock exchange announcement (no. 12) of 13 December 2007. The
Swedish competition authorities have raised no objections to the acquisition,
and all conditions for completing the transaction have therefore been
satisfied.
