On February 01, 2008, Société Générale S.A. Paris, Frankreich has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on TFG Capital AG Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft, Marl,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007449506, WKN: 744950, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on December 05, 2007 and at this date amounted
to 5.05% (this corresponds to 655000 Voting Rights).

Furthermore on February 01, 2008, Société Générale S.A. Paris, Frankreich
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on TFG Capital AG
Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft, Marl, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007449506, WKN: 744950, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on January 28, 2008 and at this date amount to 2.94% (this
corresponds to 355000 Voting Rights).
