informed us according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that  its
Voting Rights on HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0KF6M8, WKN: A0KF6M, the Voting Rights on March 08, 2007 amount to
4.441% (this corresponds to 284192 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.441%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 284192 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Scottish Widows Plc..
