bankTrelleborg now subsidiary of the Sydbank Group

As of today Fonden for bankTrelleborg has redeemed the minority shareholders of
bankTrelleborg and has subsequently sold the share capital to Sydbank. 

Consequently bankTrelleborg is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Sydbank and the
former board of directors of bankTrelleborg has resigned.
