Kemira GrowHow Oyj will not publish the Q1 and Q2 2008 interim reports

Kemira GrowHow Oyj has today received an exemption from the Financial
Supervision not to publish the interim reports for 1.1 - 31.3 2008
and for 1.1 - 30.6 2008.

Kemira GrowHow will publish the Financial statement announcement on
22.2 2008 and the Financial statements and the Annual Report during
the week 11 for the financial year 2007.

Redemption procedure

Yara Netherland B.V. has started the redemption procedure of the rest
of Kemira GrowHow Oyj's shares on 11 October 2007; right after its
ownership of the company exceeded 90 percent.
Arbitrators for the redemption of the minority shares are Professor
Risto Nuolimaa, Professor Matti Myrsky and General Counsel, D. Ec.
Max Oker-Blom. The trustee for the interest of the minority
shareholders of Kemira GrowHow Oyj is Authorized Public Accountant
Joakim Rehm.
