California, USA, has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that
its voting rights on Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG,
Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, has fallen below the 5%
limit of the voting rights on January 17, 2008, and on that day amounted to
4.68 % (this corresponds to 2,714,305 voting rights). These voting rights
