PLC Vilkyškių pieninė signed a contract to acquire PLC Kelmės pieninė shares

On the 31st of January 2008 PLC Vilkyškių pieninė signed a contract to acquire
99,09% of PLC Kelmės pieninė shares. Next, PLC Vilkyškių pieninė will refer to
the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania to obtain the permission
to acquire PLC Kelmės pieninė.
