Robert Kusher to Become Chief Executive Officer of HealthSport, Inc.


AMHERST, N.Y. and WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Feb. 4, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO), a fully integrated developer, manufacturer and marketer of branded nutritional supplements in a one-of-a-kind edible film strip delivery system, today announces that Robert Kusher has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kusher possesses more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device fields, recently serving as Logimedix' Chief Executive Officer, and he is hoping to expand the Company's horizons as it establishes collaborative partnerships to deliver nutraceuticals, over-the-counter products and prescription drugs using HealthSport's patented thin film delivery technology.

Mr. Kusher's appointment is effective immediately, but he will not assume the full-time daily duties until March 1, 2008.
