On February 1, 2008 the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania passed the Law amending Articles 8, 10, 11 and 20 of the Law on the Nuclear Power Plant , by which it is stipulated that the National Investor will be established on the basis of a newly established patronizing company, by delegating Government's company‘s AB Rytų skirstomieji tinklai block of shares (or the part of it) to the new patronizing company.
