Naturvårdsverket (Swedish Environmental Protection Agency) has expressed their opinion, on the question to the Miljööverdomstolen (Supreme Environmental Court), that they don't object to a go ahead decision by the court in regards to permit to construct and operate a mine and process facility at Fäboliden. A go ahead decision means, despite that the court hasn't finally decided in all questions, that the company can start the project. Länsstyrelsen (County Administrative Board) of the Västerbotten county has in there opinion on the same question stated that they approve a go ahead decision.
