Orion Securities has been granted the right to act as market maker with respect to the shares of Snaige AB

The VSE Board meeting held on February 4, 2008 (Minutes No.08-42) having
considered the application filed by VSE member Orion Securities, decided 
to grant Orion Securities the right to act as market maker (Liquidity Provider) 
with respect to the shares of Snaige AB starting from February 5, 2008.
