Catena in deal with major Danish listed company

- invests SEK 65 M and signs ten-year lease with Vestas

Catena has signed a ten-year lease with Vestas, one of Denmark's largest
exchange-listed companies. Catena will build offices for Vestas Northern Europe,
an investment of SEK 65 M.

The new office building will be located at the Svågertorp commercial area in
Malmö. The land was acquired by Catena from Malmö City in January 2008 and about
60 percent of the building rights are being used for the project.

“The proximity to the Öresund Bridge makes Svågertorp a highly attractive and
expansive commercial area that is drawing many new business establishments.
Accordingly, it feels appropriate to be on site prior to the continued
development, particularly after Ikea decided to become established in the area,”
says Peter Hallgren, President of Catena.

Vestas is one of Denmark's largest exchange-listed companies and is primarily
involved in the wind-power industry. The new building, with 3,600 square meters
of floor space, will be Vestas Northern Europe's head office. Occupancy is
scheduled for February 2009.
