On February 1, 2008 City Service AB has signed an agreement with Kaunas municipality, under which City Service AB will administrate the rent of municipal living quarters. The agreement was concluded under January 23, 2008 decision of Public tenders commission of Kaunas municipality, which declared City Service AB to be the winner of municipal living quarters rent administration open tender. City Service AB will administrate 4873 municipal apartments, approximately 194 thousand square meters of living space. „By winning open tender we have successfully strengthened positions in Kaunas and intensified partnership with Kaunas municipality. We will follow this direction in the future”, - City Service AB general manager Mr. Zilvinas Lapinskas commented. City Service Group now consists of 20 facilities management companies operating in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the nine months of 2007 was LTL 125 million (EUR 36 million), an increase by 115 % over the total revenue of LTL 58 million (EUR 17 million) for the nine months of 2006.
