that via shares the Voting Rights of ECO Master Fund, Ltd., New York, USA,
on AUGUSTA Technologie AG have fallen below the 5% limit on March 13,2007,
and now amount to 4.9957% (421,420 shares).
Furthermore ECO Master Fund, Ltd., New York, USA, has notified AUGUSTA
Technologie AG that via shares the Voting Rights of ECO Management, L.P.,
New York, USA, on AUGUSTA Technologie AG have fallen below the 5% limit on
March 13,2007, and now amount to 4.9957% (421,420 shares). The Voting
Rights are attributed to ECO Management, L.P., via ECO Master Fund, Ltd.,
in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
Furthermore ECO Master Fund, Ltd., New York, USA, has notified AUGUSTA
Technologie AG that via shares the Voting Rights of ECO Management GP, LLC,
New York, USA, on AUGUSTA Technologie AG have fallen below the 5% limit on
March 13,2007, and now amount to 4.9957% (421,420 shares). The Voting
Rights are attributed to ECO Management GP, LLC, in accordance with § 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG via ECO Management, L.P., as well as in
accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence 2 and 3 in connection with § 22 para.
1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG via ECO Master Fund, Ltd.
Furthermore ECO Master Fund, Ltd., New York, USA, has notified AUGUSTA
Technologie AG that via shares the Voting Rights of ECO Master Fund, Ltd.,
New York, USA, ECO Management, L.P., New York, USA, and ECO Management GP,
LLC, New York, USA, on AUGUSTA Technologie AG have fallen below the 3%
limit on April 18,2007, and now no longer any voting rights in AUGUSTA
Technologie AG are held.
