Sloane Robinson LLP, London, UK, has informed us in the name and on behalf
of SR Global Fund LP, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands a fund in
relation to which Sloane Robinson LLP acts as investment manager, that the
voting rights of SR Global Fund LP in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich,
Germany on 1st Feburary 2008 fell below the threshold of 3 % and then
amounted to 2.87 % (2,335,655 voting rights). These voting rights were held
by SR Global Fund LP directly.
