Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Mr. Andrew Gibbs, United Kingdom, notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that his percentage of voting rights
in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 25
January 2008 and amounted to 3.087% (136500 voting rights) as per this
date.
All these voting rights are to be attributed to Mr. Andrew Gibbs pursuant
to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 and no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more are to
be attributed to Mr. Andrew Gibbs: Maga Smaller Companies Master Fund Ltd.
Voting rights that are to be attributed to Mr. Andrew Gibbs are held via
the following companies which are controlled by Mr. Andrew Gibbs and whose
holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more: Maga Smaller Companies
