In connection with the publication of its unaudited results for 2007, Sanitas AB (the “Company”) has reviewed its schedule for publishing information for investors. Best practice in international capital markets does not require the publication of monthly results or financial forecasts of future performance. Accordingly, the Company will no longer disclose reports presenting monthly consolidated sales results or the results of its activities. In addition the Company is contemplating a number of development plans and projects. Such plans are not yet finally defined; however, their implementation may have an impact on the Company's future results. The Company believes that currently it is not in a position to provide investors with information on its future performance and financial results. Therefore the Company has decided that it will no longer disclose financial forecasts of future performance and is retracting all forecasts that it has made, including, without limitation, all earnings and EBIDTA forecasts. The Company believes that the publication of quarterly and annual financial information, as required by applicable law, will still provide investors with sufficient access to information regarding the Company's financial results and is in line with international best practice.
