m4e AG expects increase of over 50 percent in turnover and result for 2008

Gruenwald/Munich, 7 February 2008 – The brand management and media
specialist m4e AG, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN
DE000A0MSEQ3, Reuters abbr.: MU4), is looking forward optimistically to
2008. On the basis of a very dynamic business trend, the Executive Board
expects to record turnover of around 20 million Euro in the current
financial year. Compared with the provisional group turnover of 13 million
Euro (on a pro-forma basis according to IFRS) already announced for the
previous financial year of 2007, that represents growth of over 54 percent.
As profit before taxes and interest (EBIT), m4e AG expects a result of over
4 million Euro or a 60-percent increase compared to the previous year.

m4e AG will thus continue to consistently pursue the growth strategy
announced when the company went public and further extend its position as a
central marketing agency for third-party and own IP rights.

m4e AG will announce final figures for the 2007 financial year in March
with the publication of its Annual Report.
