The Senate of Supreme Court overrides MAS “Kaija” cassation claim for the recovery of 1.7 million lats from AS "Latvijas Krājbanka"

The Senate of Supreme Court today reviewed the cassation claim of the MAS
“Kaija” filed against AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” for the recovery of loss in the
amount of 1.7 million lats. The Senate of Supreme Court overrode the cassation
claim of MAS “Kaija”. The judgement of the Senate of Supreme Court is
unappealable.
