In keeping with The Heart Truth(tm) campaign supported by the American Fashion Industry, the company donated its Red Dress-inspired "Love Your Heart" beaded lanyard for distribution to select attendees. The Heart Truth's Red Dress is the national symbol for women and heart disease. A portion of the proceeds from the ongoing retail sales of the product are donated to support the fight against heart disease.

The company's flagship product line, called BooJeeBeads(tm), is a collection of custom designed necklaces that allow the user to display her conference credentials or employee ID badge in style.

"Our goal is to save women around the world from the fashion disaster that comes from wearing an ID," says Martinez. "Most women despise putting a shoelace, or dog chain style lanyard on top of a carefully chosen outfit. BooJeeBeads enables them to meet the security requirements with a fun and fashionable way to display their employee identification badge. The "Love Your Heart" beaded lanyard was created as a natural extension of our product line -- our donations further support research and the Red Dress-inspired lanyard helps to generate awareness of this critically important issue."

The Heart Truth is a national awareness campaign for women about heart disease sponsored by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), part of the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Through the campaign, NHLBI leads the nation in a landmark heart health awareness movement that is being embraced by millions who share the common goal of better heart health for all women.
