Release of a Voting Rights announcement

NTT Data informed us on 7th February 2008:

Voting Rights Notification (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to sections 21
para 1 sentence 1, 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz, 'WpHG')

1. Hereby we, NTT Communications Corporation with adress in 1-1-6,
Uchisaiwai-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8019, Japan, are notifying pursuant
to section 21 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG that we exceeded the thresholds of 3%,
5% and 10% of the voting rights in itelligence AG on 7th February 2008. Our
voting portion now amounts to 10.25%. This corresponds to 2,459,523 votes.
The aforementioned voting rights are held directly by us.

2. Hereby we, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation with address in
3-1, Otemachi 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokio 100-8116, Japan, are notifying
pursuant to section 21 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG that on 7th February 2008 we
continue to exceed the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%,
and 75% of the voting rights in itelligence AG and that on this day our
voting portion amounts to 87.41%. This corresponds to 20,974,169 votes. All
voting rights are attributed to us pursuant to Section 22 para 1 sentence 1
no 1 WpHG, in the amount of 77.16% voting rights (corresponding to
18,514,646 voting rights) through NTT DATA Corporation, NTT DATA EUROPE
Verwaltungs-GmbH and NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG, which holds the voting
rights directly, and in the amount of 10.25% voting rights (corresponding
to 2,459,523 voting rights) throught NTT Communications Corporation.
