Nykredit Realkredit A/S publishes addendum to prospectus for bonds issued in
pur-suance of section 33 e of the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and
Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act out of capital centre E in connection with the
appointment of Bente Overgaard, Executive Vice President, as Group Managing
Director and member of Nykredit's Group Executive Board from 1 March 2008.
