Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 6, 2008, we were notified by FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX,
Bermuda, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that:

On 4th February 2008 FIL Limited exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the
voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen,
Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 3.69 % of the voting rights in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,585,638 voting rights.

All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
