Option release: Anticipated adjustment of OMXH25 Index due to an extra distribution in Elisa Oyj (19/08)

The board of Elisa Oyj (Elisa) has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 18, 2008 approves an extra distribution of EUR 1.00. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, Elisa (FI0009007884) will be adjusted in OMXH25 index. Adjustment will be performed effective from start on the Ex-day, March 19, by subtraction of EUR 1.00 from the closing price on the bank day before the Ex-day. The adjustment is made according to rule 8.8 in the “Index description of OMXH25 Stock Index”.
