Amsterdam, 12 February 2008. MCC Global NV (the “Company”) (ticker: IFQ2)
hereby announces a correction of a release according to Sec. 26a of the
WpHG dated August 06, 2007 that at the end of the month of August 2007 the
number of voting rights amounted to a total of 499,026,649.  Because each
ordinary share carries one vote, the total number of voting rights as of
such date was also 499,026,649.  The change of total voting rights was
effective as of August 31, 2007.

Since 31 August 2007, MCC Global N.V. has issued 95,082,836 new ordinary
shares, each with one vote per share, pursuant to the exercise of options
as described in that certain prospectus approved by the Netherlands
Authority for the Financial Markets issued in connection with the
acquisition of Moore, Clayton & Co., Inc. which completed on 25 April 2007.

The issuance of these shares, on a monthly basis, during the year 2007 was
as follows: at the end of the month of September 2007, the total number of
ordinary shares outstanding was 499,026,649.  At the end of the month of
October 2007, the total number of ordinary shares outstanding increased to
538,154,585.  At the end of the month of November 2007, the total number of
ordinary shares outstanding remained 538,514,585.  At the end of the month
of December 2007, the total number of ordinary shares outstanding was also
538,514,585.

At the end of January 2008, the total number of ordinary shares outstanding
was 594,109,485.
