Voting Rights Notification pursuant to Section 21(1) WpHG (stock)
In accordance with Section 21(1) WpHG, JUST-US GmbH, Heilbronn, Germany,
has provided notification to us that on February 6, 2008, its share of
voting rights in schlott gruppe AG, Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250
Freudenstadt (WKN 504 630) exceeded the threshold of 10% and that its share
of voting rights now amounts to 10.64%, rounded, (= 660,000 shares of
6,204,200 shares).
In accordance with Section 21(1) in conjunction with Section 22(1) sentence
1 no. 1 WpHG, Mr. Armin Sohler, Germany, has provided notification as sole
proprietor of JUST-US GmbH to us that on February 6, 2008, the share of
voting rights in schlott gruppe AG, Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250
Freudenstadt (WKN 504 630) exceeded the threshold of 10% and that the share
of voting rights now amounts to 10.64%, rounded, (= 660,000 shares of
6,204,200 shares). These 10.64% (660,000 voting rights) are to be
attributed according to Section 22(1) sentence 1 no. WpHG to the JUST-US
GmbH controlled by Mr. Armin Sohler.
