On February 11, 2008 the President of the Republic of Lithuania signed on the Law amending Articles 8, 10, 11 and 20 of the Law on the Nuclear Power Plant, which was passed by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania on February 1, 2008. According to the Law amending the National Investor will be established on the basis of a newly established patronizing company, by delegating Government's company‘s AB Rytų skirstomieji tinklai block of shares (or the part of it) to the new patronizing company.
