RSE Management Board passed the resolution pursuant to RSE listing and disclosure rules, fulfilling the issuer's request. Company shareholders resolved on delisting on their extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. Final squeeze out bid was launched, and it closed on February 6, 2008. The settlement of squeeze out has been completed within 5 days after the close, as stipulated by the squeeze out rules. In the result of final squeeze out bid JÄSTBOLAGET AB directly and indirectly owns 100% of AS „Rīgas Raugs” shares.
