HFF´s Board of Directors recently approved a change in the Fund's structure and
its organizational chart. The main changes are as follows:
A new division, Legal Services, has been created. Its main task is to manage
the Fund's collection processes as well as providing legal advice to the Fund.
The division of Development has been discontinued, and its tasks transferred to
the divisions of Operations, Legal Services, and Information Technology.
Additionally, the following changes have been made in the Fund's Executive
Committee:
Ásta H. Bragadóttir will remain as Director of Operations as well as taking on
a new position, HFF´s Assistant Manager.
Gunnhildur Gunnarsdóttir, former Director of Loan Services, will now serve as
Director of Legal Services.
Svanhildur Guðmundsdóttir, manager of the Fund's Service Center will, along
with that position, serve as Director of Loan Services.
Hallur Magnússon, former Director of Development, has left HFF and started his
own consulting business.
