I-D Media AG (ISIN:DE0006228604) announces a change in the Supervisory
Board. Klaus Flettner, present member of the supervisory board and Managing
Director of the Change Communication GmbH as well as President of the
German Communication Association, will step down to concentrate on the
internationalization of Change Communication and his association duties.
Both the Management Board and the Supervisory Board wish to express their
most sincere thanks for his outstanding commitment and successful teamwork.
The Charlottenburg Local Court has appointed Bernd M. Michael to the
Supervisory Board of I-D Media AG with immediate effect.

Chairman of Grey Global Group Europe, Middle East & Africa. For three

lectures, articles, interviews and books, and has consulted international
and national companies in all industries on brand building and brand
management. He is owner of the Büro für Markenarchitektur in Düsseldorf and
is an investor in various new media businesses.

will be able to provide valuable impulses through his extensive network.
