Componenta's share capital increase due to conversion of convertible capital
notes and new shares to be listed 

6 note units of Componenta Corporation's convertible capital notes 2006 have
been converted into 1,200 new shares of Componenta Corporation. Due to the
conversions, the share capital of Componenta Corporation increases by EUR 2,400
and other reserves in shareholders' equity by EUR 8,400. 

The increase in share capital has been registered in the Trade register on 14
February 2008. After the increase the share capital of Componenta Corporation is
EUR 21,887,396 and the amount of shares is 10,943,698. 

New shares will be traded on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Helsinki as old shares
(CTH1V) as from 15 February 2008. The dividend rights of the new shares commence
from the date they are registered into the Trade register.
