Excellent annual accounts 2007 at Nemetschek
Sales revenues increase to 146.2 million euros (+36.0%)
EBITDA up to 33.7 million euros (+63.3%)
Cash flow for the period up to 30.8 million euros (+44.7%)
Munich, February 14, 2008 Nemetschek AG, leading vendor worldwide of
integrated software solutions for the real estate industry, looks back on a
successful financial 2007 and thus builds effectively on the positive
development of the previous years.
Graphisoft successfully integrated
According to the preliminary figures, the group managed to increase sales
revenues by 36.0% to 146.2 million euros (previous year: 107.5 million
euros) as a result of both organic growth and the successful integration of
Graphisoft. Q4 contributed 43.4 million euros to annual sales a
significant increase compared to the same period in the previous year (32.7
million euros).
In 2007, sales increased both in Germany, where revenues of 45.7 million
euros in the previous year rose to 53.6 million euros in 2007, and
internationally from 61.8 million euros in 2006 to 92.6 million euros for
fiscal 2007. This represents a sales distribution between Germany and the
rest of the world of 36.7% to 63.3%.
Nemetschek financially strong with high earning power
The EBITDA grew sharply by 63.3% to 33.7 million euros (previous year: 20.6
million euros). At 23.1%, the EBITDA margin is higher than in the previous
year (19.2%), thus convincingly meeting the forecast. The operating profit
(EBIT), too, rose by a clear 34.8% to 23.9 million euros (previous year:
17.8 million euros).
With 30.8 million euros (previous year: 21.2 million euros) Nemetschek
achieved the highest cash flow for the period in its history. The cash flow
from normal business activities increased to 25.3 million euros up by
38.3% (previous year: 18.3 million euros).
