Sponda will establish a new real estate fund

Sponda Plc will establish the Sponda Real Estate Fund II Ky. The fund has a
target size for its real estate investment of about EUR 200 million, and an
initial investment portfolio of approximately EUR 70 million will be acquired
for the fund. 

The fund will invest primarily in logistics, warehouse and industrial
properties in medium-sized towns in Finland. 

Sponda will manage the fund and the property owned by the fund.
