Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 13, 2008, we were notified by FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts
02109, USA pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that:

On 08 February 2008 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 4.91% of the
voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, arising from 3,440,119 voting
rights.

All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to FMR LLC
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to FMR LLC Inter alia from Fidelity
Investment Trust, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting
rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft.
