Indutrade expands further in Benelux

Indutrade has acquired all of the shares in Douwes International BV, in
Pijnacker, the Netherlands, with annual sales of approximately SEK 34 million.

Douwes is a well established technology sales company with products and
specialist know-how in fasteners and assembly tools. Customers are primarily in
the OEM, machinery and automotive industries. Sales are primarily in the
Netherlands, although a significant share of products are also exported to other
European countries.

With the acquisition of Douwes, Indutrade now has a presence of eleven companies
in the Benelux countries.

Organisationally, Douwes will be included in the Special Products business area,
which had net sales of SEK 1,322 million in 2007.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on earnings per
share.
